The ButcherBlock is a premium end grain butchers block and carving board handcrafted in Victoria, Australia, using reclaimed, food-grade hardwoods. Designed for durability and aesthetics, each board is meticulously made to offer exceptional performance for both professional and home kitchens. This made-to-order piece is pre-oiled and ready for immediate use, suitable for daily preparation, carving, serving, or meat preperation depending on your culinary needs.

Sizes may vary by 2 to 5 cm due to the nature of handcrafted reclaimed timber.

  • Small (S) – 30cm x 24cm x 5cm
    Sturdy and compact, ideal for everyday prep, small-batch carving, or tight kitchen spaces.
  • Medium (M) – 40cm x 30cm x 6.5cm
    A robust companion for meat prep, knife work, and heavier chopping with confidence.
  • Large (L) – 50cm x 38cm x 8cm
    The workhorse block. Perfect for large proteins, serious slicing, and countertop dominance.
  • Extra Large (XL) – 60cm x 45cm x 10cm
